Customized Swedish Massage
Swedish Massage Therapy sessions that are customized to your needs that day. Your licensed massage therapist will discuss your goals for your session that day, which may range from a relaxing full body massage to more specific work to addressing sore and tight muscles. Appointments may include stretching, deep tissue work, vaccu-cupping and/or hot stone massage.
Prenatal massages are available after the first trimester. Please indicate pregnancy when scheduling.

Student Athlete Massage
